Resolved Question: can an older home be okay if it has updated?

I posted a question about how I want to buy a house but it is built in 1930 and I got answers about the problems that I can expect like wiring,pluming, and insulation. now what if the house has all those things updated? Is this a good home then? If yes what other things besides those listed should I look for.
