Resolved Question: I was served a summons from Bleier & Cox LLP representing Capital One Bank?

I need help answering my Summons. I admit that i do owe Capital One, but i do not agree with how much they say i owe them. I live in Tehama County California. My last payment was made in August of 2008. I do not have any paperwork from Capital One due to the fact that I was using my sisters storage shed to store all my old paperwork and it caught on fire, everything was destroyed! Should I answer with a general denial to everything and ask for them to show proof of what i owe....not sure how to proceed????... Read More »
