crime happened in thecounty of tehama, the city of Red Bluff in California. Victim was lured to place of assault by an 18 year old girl and the assault was done by three males 18 years of age or older. we have a "labor camp" across the street from us which I feel needs to be shut down. Workers are entering from the rear rather than the main gate & are crossing our property.
